Refunds are possible in the following cases:

1. The user refused our services no later than 15 days after the start of work.
2. The user was provided with services inconsistent with the quality specified in the contract and the technical specification.
3. We return all money, except for expenses that were incurred at the initial stage of work. If the customer decides to abandon our services 5-10 days after the start of our cooperation, we will refund the initial contribution paid less expenses incurred for renting a domain, hosting, developing a technical task and site structure, designer and programmer.

Refunds are not made in the following cases:

1. The client received all the services of the appropriate quality in accordance with the technical specifications.
